This course will provide the information necessary to fill various roles within the Finance/Administration Section on Type 1 and 2 wildfires. Participants will receive information and instruction on the following topics:

  • Task Books and Certification Requirements
  • Policies and Procedures (Financial and HR)
  • Managing the Finance Section
  • Fireline Contracts
  • Managing Personnel and Equipment Times
  • Managing Commissary
