Budget 2021 Survey

Alberta has been hit especially hard by the economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and oil price collapse. This has led to decreased revenues, increased expenses, higher than anticipated debt, and a record high deficit.

It is important that all Albertans have an opportunity to share their ideas about the upcoming budget.

Your input will help inform tough decisions to ensure we can continue providing important programs and services, get Alberta out of debt and on the path to a prosperous future.

This engagement will help find a balance between services and costs by exploring the following topics:

  • Reducing costs
  • Prioritizing how revenue should be spent
  • Seeking opportunities for savings
  • Looking for ways to strengthen the economy

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete, and is open until Friday, December 4th, 2020.
