The personal information you provide is being collected to plan and coordinate telephone town hall sessions facilitated by Communications and Public Engagement and the Ministry of Health. If you choose to register for a town hall session, the personal information you provide may be used to complete follow up to the event if required. The personal information provided is collected, used and disclosed under the authority of sections 33-40 of the FOIP Act and will be retained in accordance with the Government of Alberta Information Management Regulations for a period of six months. The information will be used in accordance with the provisions of FOIP Act and also will be used to follow up on the event if required.
